Unemployment impedes prosperity: Shahbaz

The chief minister says that without eliminating unemployment, Pakistan cannot be a prosper nation.

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif chaired a meeting in the Chief Minister’s House, focusing on creating new employment opportunities for the youth. The chief minister said that by enhancing the vocational skills of Pakistani youth, doors of prosperity could be opened for the country.He also stressed the need for women’s participation in the national growth. He said that the provincial government would take special measures to eliminate unemployment in the upcoming budget. A special committee has been formed with a task of creating new job opportunities in the province, the chief minister said, adding that the committee will submit its recommendation in few days.
