Justice Javed Iqbal said that mobile courts should be formed to dispense justice in remote areas.

The last session of the National Judicial Conference, chaired by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, was held in the Supreme Court, Islamabad on Sunday. Presenting his suggestion to the conference, Justice Javed Iqbal said that separate bench should be formed in the apex court to hear the cases regarding human rights.Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Ijaz Afzal said that the judiciary should be freed from monetary dependence to dispense instant justice. Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa recommended that in the areas where courts are situated at a distance from jails, judicial lockups should be declared jails.
