Only political leaders are being held accountable, says Khursheed Shah
Shah strongly condemned arrest of Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Khursheed Shah on Thursday has said that only political leaders are being held accountable.
Addressing the National Assembly session, Shah strongly condemned arrest of Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani and asked, "Is this new Pakistan in which respected leaders are being detained in humiliating ways?"
Mr Speaker! You should also be careful as it is new Pakistan and anything can be possible in it, he said to NA Sepaker Asad Qaisar.
Former Opposition Leader in NA said that PPP has always worked for the benefit of the nation.
