Lahore: Rain turns weather pleasant in several parts of Punjab

Rain with cold wind turned the weather pleasant in several parts of Punjab including Lahore.

Rain in different areas of Lahore turned the weather cold while the cool breeze soothed the citizens however, load shedding increased due to thunderstorm.Ran was observed in several cities of Punjab including Toba Tek Singh, Sahiwal, Phalia, Kasur, Daska, Pakpattan, Gojra, Cihichawatni, Pattoki, Rajana and Multan.Meanwhile, citizens have started wearing warm clothes again in Kashmir after heavy rain and snowfall in Bagh and its suburban areas.Transportation in most areas has been halted due to rains’ water.According to Meteorological Department of Pakistan, westerly wave has entered into Pakistan and more rains are expected during next few days.
