LHC to hear plea against judge of Raymond case today

The LHC will hear today a legal action plea against the judge who acquitted Raymond Davis.

Lahore High Court’s (LHC) Member Inspection Team (MIT) made investigation about Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Yousaf Aojla and moved the report to Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Iftikhar Hussain Chaudhry. The Lahore High Court will initiate hearing on the case today.It may be mentioned here that the legal action plea had been filed by Barrister Javed Iqbal Jafferee.
