Petition against Federal Law Secretary filed in Supreme Court

A contempt of court petition was filed in the SC against Federal Law Secretary Masood Chishti.

Petitioners Munir Hussain Bhatti advocate and Kamran Murtaza stated that the Supreme Court, in one of its rulings ordered the appointment of four High Court judges but the federal law secretary had not yet complied with the court order which was a contempt of court.The federal law secretary has been made a party in the petition.
