Imran Khan denounces Peshawar attack, commends KP police for efficient operation
While expressing grief over the incident, he extended his prayers to the injured victims on twitter.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Friday strongly condemned the terrorist attack at the Agriculture Directorate that killed three people.
Saddened by condemnable terrorist attack in Peshawar this morning. My prayers to to the victims and their families. Commend the rapid response of KP police and army that helped in containing damage and concluding the operation.

Khan also hugely commended the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police force and army personnel for their rapid action against terrorists and concluding a successful operation.

In a joint operation, security forces killed all the terrorists, who opened firing at the Agriculture Directorate located in front of Peshawar University on early Friday.

The area where the incident occurred is a hub for educational institutions in the city including the university of Peshawar. The incident comes amid tight security across Pakistan as it celebrates the birthday of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).
