Nawaz Sharif fulfilling promise he made with nation: Marriyum Aurangzeb
No corruption reference against Nawaz Sharif, Marriyum asserted.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb on Wednesday said that questions regarding why former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is appearing in the court are being asked.
Talking to media at judicial complex, Marriyum added opponents were saying that Nawaz Sharif has run away from the cases but he is fulfilling the promise he made with the nation.
No corruption reference against Nawaz Sharif, she asserted.
The minister said that the former premier is appearing before the court in fake cases.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader and senator Asif Kirmani said those demanding to minus Nawaz Sharif are now standing nowhere.
Nawaz Sharif is attending the judicial proceedings despite exemption, he continued.
