Multan: Doctors went to watch the match, patients worried

As the Cricket World Cup season is on, many doctors of Nishtar Hospital Multan were unavailable during the cricket match of Pakistan and Kenya, Dunya News reported today.

The patients under treatment at Nishtar Hospital kept waiting for doctors who were busy watching cricket match. During this, the guards of hospital also forced the relatives of patients to leave the wards and stay outside. AMS of hospital Dr. Zafar Alvi also denied giving any statement in this regard; where as MS Dr. Zafar Khan Niazi’s mobile phone was off and could not be contacted. The relatives of patients have made an appeal to Secretary Health to take notice of this issue.
