London: Kulsoom Nawaz discharged from hospital
She was taken to her London home alongside children and son-in-law
LONDON (Dunya News) – Wife of former premier Nawaz Sharif, Kulsoom Nawaz, has been discharged from the hospital after successive surgeries as she was diagnosed with throat cancer in Pakistan.
She was alongside her children Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz and Maryam Nawaz. Also, her son-in-law Capt Safdar was present at the healthcare unit.
Government officials including Defence Minister Khurram Dastagir was also there for her in London.
Kulsoom Nawaz had swept NA-120 by-election from the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) ticket, defeating Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Yasmin Rashid by over 14,000 votes. It was earlier reported through sources that
