Revenue authorities question Rahat

Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was produced to the RevenueIntelligence Office in New Delhi for investigation. Rahat is detained in India by the authorities on charges of money laundering.

The agencies have extended their investigation to the five cities, Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Rajkot, where Rahat had performed in concerts. Indian media reported that the authorities could impose a hefty fine on Rahat.
