AJK PM had issued controversial statement after Panama case verdict disqualified Nawaz Sharif
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A reference has on Monday been submitted in the Assembly secretariat by the ex-Prime Minister (PM) and President of Muslim Conference organisation, Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan for the disqualification of Azad Jammu & Kashmir PM Raja Farooq Haider. The reference states that PM of AJK has drifted away from the position posited through law in the seat of the premier, which has made him ineligible on the seat he occupies as Prime Minister.
The opposing resolution against Raja Farooq Haider’s statement was jointly submitted by Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI). The actions have brought the opposing sides in the parliament on the brink of bitter political adversary which can possibly deteriorate the situation further.
