CM Shehbaz visits victims of Ahmadpur Sharqia incident
He visited Victoria Hospital, CMH in Bahawalpur and a hospital in Multan
BAHAWALPUR (Dunya News) – Chief Minister (CM) of Punjab, Shehbaz Sharif has visited Bahawalpur hospital on Sunday and inquired on health of the victims of Ahmadpur Sharqia incident.
The top Punjab official reviewed treatment facilities at the hospital and inquired on conditions of the patients admitted in Bahawal Victoria Hospital.

On the occasion, CM Shehbaz announced ex gratia amount of Rs 2 million each for families of the 140 people who lost their lives in the tragic incident a day before Eid-ul-Fitr.
He also paid a visit to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Bahawalpur.
The Chief Minister visited a burn unit of a Multan hospital after Bahawalpur where a section of victims were shifted.
Medics and the administrators briefed CM Shehbaz over the situation in the facility.
