Five killed, 11 injured in coach-truck collision in Mardan
Hospital sources have said that 11 injured are in critical condition.
MARDAN (Dunya News) – At least five people were killed and 11 sustained severe injuries after a passenger coach collided with a truck stationed at roadside in Mardan.
According to details, the coach was enroute to Bajaur from Rawalpindi when it met an accident near Malakand Ring Road and crashed with a dysfunctional truck stationed at the roadside.
The mishap claimed the lives of five people including the driver while 16 got severe wounds. They were shifted to Mardan medical complex by Rescue 1122 teams.
Hospital sources have said that 11 injured are in critical condition.
The people belonged to Bajaur and Dir and were on their way to home for Eid.
