RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Monday has taken notice of killing of two brothers in alleged encounter in Rawalpindi.
According to interior ministry, Chaudhry Nisar has directed fair and transparent inquiry into the incident to ensure justice to the bereaved family.
He has ordered the concerned officials of Punjab government to not only hold the investigation at departmental level but also at judicial level.
On Wednesday, two brothers, Irfan Asif and Wasim Anwar were taken to the hospital after being allegedly shot by the police in Rawalpindi.
