SADIQABAD (Dunya News) – A sad incident happened at THQ hospital Sadiqabad where 20 years old died owing to unavailability of ambulance, reported Dunya News.
The 20 years old Ram Lal was hit badly by a tractor on Ahmadpur Lama Road Sadiqabad.
The wounded boy was immediately rushed to THQ hospital where the doctors referred him to Sheikh Zayed Hospital Rahim Yar Khan due to critical condition.
The relatives of the poor soul waited outside the emergency ward but the ambulance was nowhere to be found after one hour.
In addition, the private vehicle owners didn’t pick up the vehicle due to seriousness of the matter.
Ram Lal succumbed to his injuries at last when there was nothing to carry him to Sheikh Zayed Hospital.
Meanwhile, the hospital resources confirmed that they have only one ambulance for 12 hours duty and which was earlier set off for Sheikh Zayed Hospital a few hours back.
