Edhi foundation in crisis as donations go down
Faisal Edhi revealed that people are donating lesser ever since the death of Abdul Sattar Edhi
KARACHI (Web Desk) - After the death of legendary social worker Abdul Sattar Edhi, the donations of his Edhi Foundation have gone down, reported Dunya News.
According to media reports, Faisal Edhi, the son of Abdul Sattar Edhi, said in an event that the foundation is going through tough time since the death of his father and having trouble in doing the rescue and relief work.
Faisal Edhi also requested Pakistanis, based inside and outside Pakistan to help them in the time of crisis and in keeping the mission of Edhi going. He also said that despite all the tough time, the mission of Edhi never ended.
