Karachi: One terrorist killed during CTD operation
One terrorist was killed in encounter with CTD in Bagh Korangi area of Karachi on Sunday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – One terrorist was killed after an encounter with Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) while four suspects were taken into custody during Rangers operation in different parts of Karachi on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, an encounter took place between CTD and terrorists in Bagh Korangi area in which one terrorist was killed. Sources said that the dead terrorist was identified as Shera who was wanted in several cases of murder.
On the other hand, Rangers carried out a search operation in Shah Faisal Colony No-6. All the entry and exit points of the area were sealed before the operation during which four suspects were apprehended.
The arrested suspects were shifted to some undisclosed location for further investigation. Sources said that the operation was launched to arrests criminal elements present in a political party.
