Five narcotics, betting joints ravaged in Karachi, 15 suspects held

KARACHI (Dunya News) – In an operation against criminals dealing in narcotics and betting, police have burnt at least five joints in Mehmoodabad area while held 15 under suspicion of involvement in illegal activities.
Teams, continuing crackdown in metropolis, conducted operations in PIB Colony, New Town and Purani Sabzimandi among other areas.
Sources privy to Sindh Police have reported that at least three narcotics joints were set ablaze and two gambling joints were razed.
