Security forces foil terror bid, defuse bomb in Khuzdar
The officer said that the bomb was placed on the road to target the security agencies.
KHUZDAR (Dunya News) – Security forces on Tuesday foiled a terror attempt in Khuzdar by defusing a bomb hurled at roadside.
According to Frontier Corps (FC) spokesman, the security personnel in a joint operation neutralized a bomb weighing 5kg near RCT main road.
The officer said that the bomb was placed on the road to target the security agencies whereas he also said that the entire area has been cordoned off while a search operation has also been launched.

Earlier, a Russian-made hand grenade that was seen at Peshawar’s Mufti Mahmood Flyover was neutralized by the security personnel.
The locals called police and Bomb Disposal Squad and informed them about the bomb after which they arrived at the scene and blocked the road from both sides.
