Shakeel was earlier granted interim bail by District and Sessions Judge, Sajjad Afzal on July 28 and he was supposed to appear before court on August 6.
Shakeel’s father had filed a plea stating that his son had gone to record his statement and went missing. Police were alleged of bias and the plea claimed that Shakeel was being unlawfully kept by the law enforcement agency.
Judge Afzal resented Station House Officer Mangla and ordered Shakeel’s arrest.
Samia had visited her family in Jhelum from Dubai where she was living with her husband for around a year.
Reportedly, she was told that her father was not well and she needed to come back and see him.
Late Samia’s husband flew to Pakistan and lodged a case against her family. He has alleged her family of murdering his wife because they were not happy with her marriage.
On the other hand, during initial investigations Chaudhry Shakeel claimed that she was still in wedlock with him.
