Two died, 27 were injured after a bus travelling from Rawalpindi to GB turned turtle

SWAT/PIND DADAN KHAN/ NAUSHERA/KOHISTAN (Dunya News) – Five people belonging to one family died after their jeep fell in the Swat River whereas accidents in Pind Dadan Khan, Naushera and Kohistan left eight others dead and 28 injured, reported Dunya News on Saturday.

The passengers of the unfortunate jeep were travelling to the Attor area near Kalam from Mingora when their jeep fell into the Swat River resulting in the death of Bahadur Syed, his sons Umar and Habib and his wife.

A collision between a truck and a motorbike at Khewra Road in Pind Dadan Khan left four passengers travelling on the bike dead. The deceased include the driver Aftab, his mother Sajida and his two sisters Atiqa and Saliha.

A couple died and their son was left injured after their car crashed in a tree near Jahangira area of Naushera.

A mother and her daughter died after a bus travelling from Rawalpindi to Gilgit-Baltistan turned turtle. The incident left 27 passengers injured.
