Multan: Nurses' protest fruitful as superintendent nurse gets replaced
Nurses raised slogans, distributed sweets after receiving the good news
MULTAN (Dunya News) – The 6-day long sit-in of the nurses of Multan s Nishtar Hospital ended in success as the Superintendent nurse Kokab was replaced as a result of fruitful negotiations with the administration, reported Dunya News on Sunday.
The wards of the hospital remained non-operational during the protest, resulting in the patients facing utmost difficulties.
Upon receiving the news of the Superintendent nurse being replaced, the nurses raised slogans and distributed sweets. Principal Nursing School Zahida was appointed Superintendent nurse of Nishtar Hospital.
