MQM observes one-day mourning over Aftab Hussain's death
Aftab died because of a heart attack while he was in the captivity of the Rangers
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Funeral prayer of Aftab Hussain who was the coordinator of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Farooq Sattar was offered on Tuesday at Numaish Chowrangi; MQM announced one day of mourning on Wednesday in view of his death, reported Dunya News.
Aftab died because of a heart attack while he was in the captivity of the Rangers. Dr Farooq Sattar demanded transparent inquiry into the death of Aftab Hussain. The family of Hussain was shocked upon hearing the news of his sudden death as his mother stated that her son was a healthy man who never even complained of headache.
Aftab Hussain left behind five children and a widow. His funeral was attended by Dr Farooq Sattar along with a large number of workers of MQM and the members of the Rabita committee.
