Hazara University closed for two days in connection with PM Nawaz's Mansehra visit

MANSEHRA (Dunya News) – Hazara University has been closed for two days in connection with of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif’s visit to Mansehra which is due on Thursday.

A notification issued by university’s registrar office stated that the institution has been shut down for two days while staffers have also been directed to vacate the boys hostel till Wednesday evening.



On the other hand, girls would stay in their rooms for 24 hours whereas the rest of activities would remain intact and all the offices would be also in working as usual.

Earlier, Nawaz Sharif postponed his visit to Azad Kashmir’s Neelum Jhelum and Dana Kachilli areas due to bad weather.

Sources told that Nawaz Sharif was scheduled to inspect the ongoing development projects in Neelum Jhelum and Dana Kachilli areas.

The premier was also going to give checques to the locals which were later distributed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Azad Kashmir president Raja Farooq Haider.
