"Earnings of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz are haq-hilal" says Rasheed

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Minister of Information Pervaiz Rasheed responded to Imran Khan’s statements made against the Sharif family over the Panama leaks onset by stating that Khan should file a case in London against the Sharif family if he believes that the businesses they run are illegal, reported Dunya News.

While addressing a press conference on Monday, Pervaiz Rasheed stated that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan invested the sum he obtained in the form of alms and charity in foreign countries, further adding that Khan, as he accuses others frequently, should also be held accounted.

Pervaiz Rasheed said that the Sharif family has been doing business for three generations and that the earnings of Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz are haq-hilal (lawful). He said that if Imran Khan believes that the businesses of Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz are illegal then he should file a case in London against the Sharif family, adding that the government will bear the expenses of the case.

He stated that Khan never proved the ownership of his Bani Gala property. He added that Imran Khan is used to speaking lies on daily basis while being accompanied with a number of other people and that they (the government) do not want to be a part of such politics, Khan is only responded out of need.
