Embezzlement in purchase of medicines: Anti-corruption team swoops down on civil hospital
Investigation is still underway from the relevant authorities.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – An anti-corruption team raided Karachi’s civil hospital administration block today (Friday) and investigated the authorities over the purchase of medicines.
During the interrogation, the officials inquired about the embezzlement conducted while purchasing the medicines in the year 2012 and 2013.
The 12-member team locked the administration block while hindering the staff and other people from going in and out of the place.
Officials of the team also seized five-year record.
Moreover, investigation is still underway from the relevant authorities.
