Dozens of police officials tried to enter the mosque, beat unarmed civilians upon resistance
JERUSALEM: (Dunya News) – Isrealis have on Sunday dishonored Masjid-e-Aqsa yet again and physically abused the Palestinians. Dozens of police officials tried to break into the mosque and beat unarmed Palestinians when they tried to resist, reported Dunya News.
According to the details, Isreali police entered the mosque upon which the Palestinians got provoked and started throwing stones at the police.
The eyewitnesses told that dozens of police officials tried to break into the mosque after which skirmishes between the police and Palestinians started. Police physically abused the protesters and freely used tear gas at the unarmed protesters.
Earlier this year, in July, skirmishes had started between the police and the Palestinians over a similar issue.
