ATC adjourns hearing of Zulfiqar Mirza case till September 30
Cases have been registered against Zulfiqar Mirza under terrorism act.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi has adjourned the case hearing of Zulfiqar Mirza till September 30 today (Saturday).
During the hearing the court presented copies of the case to the suspects and later postponed the hearing.
Badin police has charged Mirza for attacking the police station, threatening the officials and display of weapons.
Cases have been registered against Zulfiqar Mirza under terrorism act.
Moreover, he has also taken interim bail from ATC after being granted protective bail from Sindh High Court (SHC).
