Green flags waved high and bright as the spectators raised slogans watching Wagha Border parade
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Dignified Wagha Border parade was on Sunday held amid ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans as the spectators waved green Pakistani flags on Defence Day. ‘Allah-o-akbar’ slogans were chanted by the spectators and the passionate style of Punjab Rangers continued to terrify the Indian soldiers on the other side of the border, reported Dunya News.
Defence Day was celebrated with great fervor as Lahoris took to Wagha Border reminding the enemy of the 1965 war. The slogans of the Lahoris also sent a clear message to the enemy through the demonstration. The broad chests and aggressive attitude of Pakistani soldiers terrified the enemy. When the soldiers looked at their enemy in their eyes, the spectators raised slogans of ‘Allah-o-Akbar’ and ‘Pakistan Zindabad’.
The scene of young soldiers parading along with the soldiers stunned the crowd. The youngsters parading with the soldiers and the spectators raising slogans as they walked past them made it clear before the enemy that any aggression will be dealt with in a manner never witnessed before.
