Bringing govt, MQM on same table completed mission: Fazlur Rehman
There are no disagreements within his party, he said
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Sunday said that his mission has completed after bringing the government and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on the same table, adding that there are no disagreements within his party, Dunya News reported.
He said he has no knowledge as to why the negotiations between the government and MQM are not proceeding. Fazlur Rehman said there are no difference in his party and that the central Shura has endorsed JUI-F’s role in bringing both parties on same table.
Talking to the media after central Shura’s 2-day session at JUI-F Secretariat Peshawar, JUI-F chief said that ‘dignity’ of seminaries has been violated with raids during past several months in Punjab. He said JUI-F will never be prepared to tolerate such ‘Western agenda’.
Fazlur Rehman said borders are being violated. He said India will not let rest in Afghanistan.
