Fazlur Rehman defers talks with MQM

The talks were to be held at MQM headquarters Nine Zero in the Sindh metropolitan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rehman on Monday has deferred negotiations with Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) members over matter of resignations from National Assembly (NA).

The talks were to be held at MQM headquarters Nine Zero in the Sindh metropolitan.

Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif had assigned the task to the JUI-F chief to deal with the matter. Talks were to start today as Rehman was scheduled to reach Karachi however, the matter has been postponed.

Rehman will play his role in the matter as a mediator between the government and the resigning party.
