4.9 magnitude earthquake jolts upper parts of Pakistan
Panicked people came out of their homes and into the streets as quake hit different parts.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - An earthquake with magnitude 4.9 occurred jolted upper parts of the country including Swat, Muzaffarabad, Malakand, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Batagram and adjoining areas around 12:18 pm on Thursday.
The earthquake spread fear and panic among the residents, however, no casualty or damage has been reported from any part of the country.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department, the epicenter of quake was 17km northeast of Muzaffarbad.
