Altaf Hussain should sue BBC to prove innocence: Chaudhary Shujaat
He had also advised PM Nawaz to do the same
SARGODHA (Dunya News) -- Leader of Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain said on Wednesday that Altaf Hussain should sue BBC to prove his innocence. He said that he had sued Guardian in the past and won the case, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media Chudhary Shujaat Hussain said that Altaf should sue and win a case against BBC like PML-Q had done.
He told the media that he had advised Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to sue BBC over money laundering case as well but the Prime Minister had not paid heed to his words.
Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain said that PML-Q had won case against London based Guardian in the past adding that Guardian had published a false story regarding writing off loans.
Chaudhary Shujaat said that Guardian had also published a retraction on its front page and paid the expenses of the trial as well. He said that Altaf Hussain should go to court to prove his innocence.
