Chairman PTI had offered to hold re-elections under supervision of Army amid allegations of rigging
LAHORE (Daily Dunya) – Leader Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) Kamil Ali Agha said on Wednesday that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s offer to conduct re-elections is a ‘courageous’ move. He said that if federal government also followed in his footsteps then several problems can be solved in the country, reported Daily Dunya.
Talking to Daily Dunya, Kamil Ali Agha said that Imran Khan’s step to offer re-election is a sign of his big heart. He hailed the decision as ‘bold’.
He said that federal government should also announce the same for the broader interest of the country adding that such a decision would solve many problems of the country.
It is pertinent to mention here that Chairman PTI had offered to hold re-elections under supervision of Army after allegations of rigging in the local body elections.
