Shab-e-Barat observed with religious fervor tonight
Shab-e-Baraa, is observed about 15 days before the start of the holy month of Ramazan
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Shab-e-Barat will be observed with full religious fervor and zeal throughout the country on Tuesday night, reported Dunya News.
Special prayers will be conducted throughout the breadth of country as Muslims seek to ask for forgiveness.
Shab-e-Barat is known as Laylat-ul- Bara’ah or Laylat-un-Nisfe min Sha’ban in the Arab world.
The night of 15th Shaban is also known as the night of descent of mercy and blessing.
Shab-e-Baraat, is observed about 15 days before the start of the holy month of Ramazan.
According to the tradition, fate for the next year is sealed on this night and all the deeds of the previous year are also presented in front of God.
Muslims busy themselves in prayers in mosques and at homes on this night of blessing.
