Imran Khan wants to put up a show by bringing up some constituencies: PML-N
Anusha Rehman said extra ballot papers are printed in every election
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) lawmaker Anusha Rehman on Tuesday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan wants to put up a show by bringing up a few constituencies, Dunya News reported.
Reacting to Khan’s presser, Rehman said that PTI could not prove anything in four constituencies and that it should apologize to the nation.
She said that PTI chief starts reading out his own ‘verdict’ after coming outside the court, adding that Hamza Shahbaz and Captain (retd) Safdar’s constituencies are being targeted.
PML-N lawmaker said that PTI could not present any evidence pertaining to ballot papers printing and that PTI has taken a ‘U-turn’ from the forged ballot printing stance.
She said extra ballot papers are printed in every election.
“Seventy thousand additional ballot papers were printed in PTI member Ghulam Sarwar’s constituency,” she said. “PTI should answer that first.”
Anusha Rehman said that Imran Khan wants to stage a show by bringing up a handful of constituencies. She called for an apology from PTI for “not proving anything in four constituencies.”
