QUETTA (Dunya News) – Balochistan High Court rejected the report of SSP operation on Friday in the case of keeping two citizens in illegal custody for 47 days.
Special magistrate’s team freed two people on 15th of April after raid on a CIA vehicle. According to the persons, they were kept in illegal custody for 47 days. All four employees of the force involved, were arrested.
The two-member bech of Balochistan High Court consisting on Noor Muhammad and Justice Hashim Kakar heard the case, in which SSP operation Aitzaz Goraya presented his report about the investigation in front of court. Court rejected the report by calling it unsatisfactory and adjourned the court till 14 of May.
