Pakistanis have a spiritual connection with Saudi Arabia: Maulana Abdul Ghafoor
Rohri (Dunya News) – Deputy Chairman of Senate Maulana Abdul Ghafoor said that any decision regarding sending troops to Saudi Arabia will not be taken without the consent of nation; he was talking to media in Rohri.
Ghafoor said that Pakistanis not only have diplomatic relations with Saudi Arabia but there is a spiritual connection as well; every Muslim is ready to die protecting the sacred places of Mecca and Madina.
Answering a question about the recording of a phone call between Imran Khan and Arif Alvi, he said that there is nothing in the recording and this issue is just being exaggerated. He said that nation needs unity and brotherhood right now so politicians should avoid unnecessary confrontation.
Deputy Chairman Senate said that Karachi operation was started with agreement of all political parties and the decision of ending it will also involve all of the parties.
