Moulana Fazlur Rehman said that Pakistan-China relationship is remarkable

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Thursday demanded from the government to review the route of Pakistan-China economic corridor. The party chief said that if least-developed areas are neglected in the given plan then deprivations will arise, Dunya News reported.

Talking to the media after returning from China tour, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Pakistan-China relationship is remarkable adding that he will endeavour “to strengthen the relationship”.

He demanded that the government add the under-developed areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan in its route of economic corridor plan otherwise deprivation will arise in areas in need of development.

He further asserted that China wants to invest in Pakistan and the development of Gwadar port would prove to be a boon in this regard.
