Pakpattan: 3 sisters died in accident, father and daughter injured
5 members of the same family overrun by trawler, killed 3 sisters, injured father and daughter
PAKPATTAN: (Dunya News) – A speeding truck overran five members of a family on Saturday on Depaalpur Road, killing three sisters and injuring father and his daughter, Dunya News reported.
Bangla Hayaat resident Ramzan was on a motorbike along with his four daughters on Depaalpur Road near Chak Bedi Police Station when a trawler overran them. Three of the daughters died on the spot while Ramzan and a 16-year-old daughter were seriously injured.
Rescue officials arrived at the scene and shifted the injured to District Head-Quarters (DHQ) Hospital. Chak Bedi Police Station’s police arrested the driver and took the trawler into custody.
