JUI-F members in Jacobabad demanded government to cut off relations with France

FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – The members of the religious and political parties on Friday have demonstrated countrywide protests against blasphemous caricatures published by French magazine Charlie Hebdo.

According to the details, the enraged people came out on the roads to demonstrate protest against the publication of blasphemous caricatures by French magazine. The students of Punjab Medical College Faisalabad conducted a rally against the blasphemous caricatures. The students also raised slogans on the occasion. The protesters demanded beheading of the people responsible. The rally ended after reaching the Allied Hospital.

Separately, in Quetta the members of different parties demonstrated a protest against the French weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo. Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP) members conducted a protest rally in Dera Allah Yar. The protesters blocked the national highway. The rally was led by JUP president Mohsin Shah Bukhari from the Bukhari House. He said that the followers of the Prophet (PBUH) have become silent spectators.

The members of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) demonstrated a protest in Jacobabad and demanded the government to cut off diplomatic relations with France.

Moreover, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) members participated in million march to demonstrate their protest against the publication of blasphemous caricatures. JI chief Sirajul Haq has said that if there is any beauty in our lives then it is because of the Prophet (PBUH). He said that lacs of people embraced martyrdom in United States-led war. He expressed these views while addressing the participants of the million march in Islamabad.

He said that mosques were destroyed in Norway. Haq said that if the western countries’ extremism would lead the world to the third world war.
