Peshawar: Two FC men killed, 57 injured in road accident
Accident occurred due to the high speed of both vehicles, eyewitnesses remarked.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – At-least two officers died while 57 others sustained injuries when a Frontier Constabulary (FC) bus struck with the oil tanker on Kohat Road on Thursday.
According to details, FC bus collided with the oil tanker near Zangali checkpost, killing two personnel of FC on the spot and injuring 57 others.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene and shifted the injured officers to Lady Reading Hospital for further treatment.
Reportedly, 76 FC Officers were onboard when the accident happened.
According to the official report, FC officers were returning to Shabqadar after performing their Muharram duty.
