Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has rejected the request made by AJK President Raja Zulqarnain to intervene in the politico-judicial crisis. Meanwhile, the sacked Chief Justice has issued orders to reinstate three officials including the registrar.AJK PM and President locked horns over the restitution of chief justice Reaz Akhtar Chaudhry, who was sacked by the prime minister. The PM did not want the restoration of the CJ while President Zulqarnain issued directives in this regard. Many people took to street to show their jubilance over the restitution of the chief justice in wake of the presidential orders. Reaz restarted the court proceedings and told the media that no corruption case has been filed against him.
