ECP deadline for MPs to submit asset details expires today
Election Commission of Pakistans deadline for MPs to submit details of their assets expires today.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) deadline for parliamentarians to submit their asset details expires today (Tuesday).
According to ECP, only 305 out of 1174 members of Senate, NA and PAs have submitted their asset details so far. Chief ministers of Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are among those who have not yet submitted their asset details.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan have also not submitted their asset details. Meanwhile, on September 26, ECP had said that it has received the asset details of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
