LHC reserves decision on plea against civil disobedience movement
Plea against civil disobedience movement was submitted by Advocate Kashif Mehmood.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday reserved its verdict on a petition against Imran Khan’s call for civil disobedience movement.
Justice Alia Neelam heard the plea submitted by Advocate Kashif Mehmood.
The petitioner had stated in his plea that that civil disobedience movement announced by PTI chief Imran Khan is unconstitutional.
Such steps and announcements badly affect country’s economy and cause social unrest.
The plea further requested the court to take action against Imran Khan and his party’s registration.
