Lahore: PML-N MPA Khurram Gulfam passes away at Services Hospital

MPA Khurram Gulfam was elected from PP-162 (Sheikhupura-I).

LAHORE (Web Desk) – Muhammad Khurram Gulfam, a member of Punjab Assembly belonging to Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), has passed away at the Services Hospital in Lahore on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.

MPA Khurram Gulfam fell into coma last week after a surgery was done to remove a cyst close to his neck.

His family had accused that Gulfam’s condition had worsened owing to doctors’ negligence during the operation.

Khurram Gulfam son of Muhammad Gulfam Ashraf was born on February 6, 1979 in Sheikhupura. He got his early education from Aitchison College, Lahore.

He graduated from Government College, Lahore and obtained the degree of M.A. (English) in 2001 from University of the Punjab.

He also graduated in Law in 2004 from Pakistan College of Law in Lahore. Later in 2007, he served as Tehsil Naib Nazim, Muridke.

Khurram Gulfam had worked as a lawyer and an agriculturist as well. His father was also a Member of Punjab Assembly during 1985-88.
