Govt ordered to open CNG stations in twin cities 3 days a week

(Web Desk) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered that CNG stations will remain open for three days a week in all areas of the twin cities.
The court today (Monday) issued a detailed judgment pertaining to opening of CNG stations in Potohar Region including Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
It is pertinent to mention here that the government had decided to close all CNG stations in Punjab from November to January to ensure supplies to domestic consumers during winter.
Later, owners of the CNG stations called the decision unfair and challenged it in the court.
The court adjourned the hearing till third week of February.
