Tappi escapes firing attack
The SSP Malir said illegal hydrants have been destroyed.
KARACHI (Dunya news): Provincial Minister Local Bodies Sindh Owais Muzaffar Tappi has narrowly escaped in firing during raid conducted against illegal water hydrants.
On Sunday, some unidentified persons opened fire on Owais Muzaffar when he conducted raid against illegal water hydrants in Sharafi Goth near Malir stream.
After firing, accused ran from the scene and took shelter in bushes; however minister remained safe in attack.
Owais Muzaffar has suspended SSP and SHO of Ashrafi Goth on not taking action against illegal hydrants.
The SSP Malir said illegal hydrants have been destroyed.
