Ex-MPA Haji Nasir jailed over fake degree
Former (PML-N) MPA Haji Nasir has been served 18-month jail in fake degree case.
GUJRAT (Dunya News) - Former Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Haji Nasir Mehmood has been sentenced to 18 months prison term in the fake degree case.
Following the sentence, Nasir was arrested from the premises of the court and transferred to prison.
On Supreme Court orders, a case was registered against Nasir Mehmood on 13 January 2011.
The district and session court of Gujrat heard the case and sentenced former MPA to 18 months in prison.
